User Interface Tweaks

A few minor tweaks that I think would be helpful:

1. In the game lobby, color-code the voice chat indicators (light blue/light red: your team; white: everyone).

2. Disable the "Exit" button for a couple seconds after people hit "Back" out of another screen.  I can't count the number of times I've accidentally left a lobby right after trying to change a loadout by inadvertently double-clicking or hitting back too many times.

point 1 was already suggested.

point 2 is better of with the line "Please move the exit button to an other place."

but these are problems we are all complaining about :P
