Move Steam Notifications to the Top Right

This should be straightforward enough. Currently if you receive a notification on Steam whilst in game it appears in the bottom right. This covers up the ammo count/reload timer whilst on a gun.

The two left corners would be no good either. The bottom left is the chat window, the top left is, for want of a better word, the kill feed.

No part of the UI occupies the top left, so it makes the most sensible place to put it.

Correct me if I'm wrong. But can't you adjust where you want Steam notifications to pop up in the Steam settings?

I'm pretty sure you can't. It's in different places for different games for one, although I think you can decide where you want it in CS:GO

There's a roundabout method you can use. I haven't tried it myself, but you *may* have to make a new skin (can be a copy-paste of the default Steam skin) and change the variable (as opposed to changing the default skin itself).
