The Honor of Lochnagar

--- End quote ---

The honor of Lochnagar refers to a written letter of acknowledgment by the guild engineering corps  in which a gunner handcrafts, tweaks, and fires his or her own Lochnagar munitions. The letter is usually a recommendation for any gunner thinking of entering a field of engineering as handling and subsequently enhancing Lochnagar ammo improperly usually results in explosive injuries.
The fact that the owner of this letter does this on a regular basis means they are demonstrating a fair amount of engineering prowess and are used to things exploding in their face.
A trait quite important to engineers of the Sky.

- The Unholy Moonshine.

ShadedExalt:
Some kind of satanic moonshine for sale at less scrupulous ports.

the lead shavings are engraved with various symbols and words of evil, and the alcoholic part of the fuel is brewed and 'blessed' by their dark priests, while the actual fuel portion is made of small animals and children.

- hearsay by traumatized engineers who thought they could handle moonshine but were unable to accept their inability to.

Atlas Titan

C r o w:
The titan Atlas was a being of the legends of old, and was know to bear the weight of the world on his shoulders.
The Atlas class titan is one of the Old World Air-Battleships that can be found most frequently around the souther wasteland amidst the desert. It is also the one most easily reproducible with today's technology, sometimes prototypes of it can be found in the hands of extremely rich merchants, that use it as a super-heavy freighter with some self-defence, anti-ship armaments.

Daneel Olivaw

ShadedExalt:
Daneel Olivaw is a famous Arashi gentleman pirate.

While he did steal, plunder, and kill, he had a code of honour, and was always exceedingly polite with his captives, should he take any.  Never leaving a woman unsatisfied, a tale untold, or a mug of ale undrunk, he truly is an example for others to follow.

His outstanding bounty is extraordinarily high due to having taken many a noble maiden to his chambers.

Shrek the Ogre

Skymonger:
Shrek the ogre is a legend of strange proportions similar to skywhales.
Much like how people repeatively mention a mythical beast in skywhale tales...
People around the globe mention a strange fat green creature lumbering about in lush areas of the world.
Many Skycaptains often spot it in Chaladonian territories, where it it still prominantly green, but recently people have been spotting it in the arashi desert and the Firfeld wrecks.
What it is, we are unable to verify. Many skycaptains immediately change course to photograph the beast, only to find nothing but disaster and wasted efforts.
One rich Guildsman DID however fund a massive search effort for Shrek.
Brought in armies from Chaladon, The Guild, and the Baronies when he was spotted in the wastes.
The Three armies promptly surrounded the wastes, and a capture team with the guildsman was sent in.
No one but the Guildsman was found.
Found sniffling in pure terror beneath a dune...The team of 48 men in powered military exoskeletons were later found as dismembered body parts across the entire wastes, and no evidence of shrek was found.
