That really depends on what you mean by the old pit. The old forums stretched a few "generations" (as I like to call it). For me, the old pit will always be 1st/2nd generation, maybe even a bit of the 3rd. But if I recall correctly you're 4th gen Sund :P (if you didn't sneak around before that without me noticing)

I think 1st/2nd revolve around the beta phases and a few weeks after post launch.
