Oh, like that. It's a fairly common prank, just add the executable to steam as a custom game and rename it to whatever you want.

Yeah I know that prank, its old. There is a LOIO non steam game, as you can guess its not very good. A guy has done a Lets play on it if you can call it that. Just a warning he's super annoying ::)

don't want to be that guy but.... slow downs are match related not server related... according to what I've been told. That being said it's not only the EU servers.
