crew formation loadouts

It would be really useful to have the loadout icon next to player names in crew formation the same as in the match lobby.

That would certainly save a lot of time for the micromanaging captain or concerned crewmate having to check each persons loadout individually.

Although I never noticed that you cannot check it there as I usually talk a lot
with crew and we decide our loadout over voicechat .

You can click the little 'head and shoulders' next to the player's name in their slot to see what they currently equipped. Although this tends to be pretty slow, and makes it take longer for the micromanaging captain/concerned crewmate to 'politely inform' you what to bring.

Oh my, I seem to have somehow misread this entire thread. xD My apologies.

What I -thought- this was asking was for little icons of their loadout appearing next to their name, instead of the usual crew loadout button. (Which is why I was saying it would be faster)

How I perceived it as such I will never understand.

Would be useful. Especially if someone happens to be without mic or the captain wants a last overall check.
Also handy when training friends who aren't sure about the items.
