Joing group for forming Crews!

Ok Guys, so im sure im not the only one who struggles to sometimes get a crew together for a few matches when my friends can't play? Well i've decided to form a clan where people can decide to get people to gether to have tornaments and friendly battles.. Its a clan i have made on steam and you're all welcome to join, the group is Called Red Sanction, ill post up a link to it soon. Feel free to discuss this below.

how is this supposed to be better then getting on the game and joining a lobby?

It's not nessessarly going to be better, it could just possibly be quicker and people can possibly get to know eachother so there can be more friendly matches amost friends, not strangers:)

I think what you're looking for is an active clan with active members, to play along as your friends are offline.
With a clan you can get into tournaments and fight against people on a higher level.
Within the clan you can make new friends that you can contact to fight friendly battles.

Your "steamgroup" looks similair in a form of what I call "Creating a Clan".
You want to gather people that want to play but dont have their social friends online.
I will look at RedSanction as a clan, not as a random group of people.
