Does Anybody Ever Feel...

I got that cypher from a mysterious stone tablet hidden deep in the wastes. Only after years of study and copious use of "mystical herbs" was I able to extract that numerical pattern. Unfortunately that stone tablet was lost in a, uh lets say, fire. But the numbers line up, and were in no way put together by a thinking machine which can do calculations across multiple fields of data.
Also "RainerZuFall" unscrambles to "Are Nurfzilla"
