I ban RedRoach because it's not about success, or failure.
It's about switching it up and trying new, radical ideas. Without being blinded by the thought victory.

Speaking of fear of shame (which I ban RedRoach for not having), I felt really awkward walking into the Muse office this summer carrying a broom one time. I had a quidditch tournament in Long Island over the weekend so I was taking the train out. Awkm thinks quidditch is pretty legit.
RedRoach:
I ban Queso for having shame in himself for not carrying two brooms.
Queso:
I ban RedRoach cause I only bought the Peterson's broom in the past few weeks.
