I ban everyone in this thread that didn't realize that the device in BdrLineAzn's profile picture is a classic mechanical device that is used to trigger an effect (often brakes on an elevator) when it is spun to a certain speed. This is basic steampunk people! (OH GOD I HOPE I'M NOT WRONG)
