Hi! Am New & Slightly Disheartened

Yeah, sadly most of the people still don't take some time to reply to questions in the Regional Chat. Many also don't have a level of English up to that, or simply don't feel comfortable using their English "so much". Most games don't have any communication prior to the match, and then just a GG at the end, that's frequent, and I personally don't mind that much. However, if someone comes into the Lobby and asks questions, I consider it a little rude to ignore that still. Anyways, your best bet is still either asking here or in the Regional Chat.
Also, if you see people with yellow names, approach them directly. They're Community Ambassadors, a volunteer position for people that basically help out in the community. Could be that they're busy at a given moment or afk, but I'm sure that some of them, if not most, would take some time to help you getting along as well.
Our forum names are our in game names, aye! Just go to the Social tab ingame and add the people, you'll see if they're online or when they've last played.
