As the guide in the OP states, 4pm - 12am EDT on Saturday is not open for scheduling.
If you are having a scheduling conflict with your opponent, someone will need to contact me directly.

There was a bit of a misunderstanding then. I told him that time was set aside in part to be used for matches that were having difficulty being scheduled. What I meant was that the teams in question would talk to me and we would figure out a time. 7pm EDT and later will not work as that's when the broadcast starts.
