I'd think that a Flame Fougasse would have a small magazine (1-3), large amount of damage. Single shots, but they're AOE, so it looks a bit like a flamethrower as far as hitbox. Takes extra damage from fire, if we'd need a balance point on damage, and if you take Heatsink to counter it then you don't have as much damage.
