I would like to point out, that I'm pretty sure this qualifies as corruption of a minor.

A minor can't legally corrupt himself. He could just be really smart/stupid to try it by his own will.

It's giving the minor information that they could use, in that manor. It's like telling a kid there's brandy in the unlocked cabinet and nobody is home.
