Inter-ship boarding; CTF

My Idea is that there should be a CTF mode and a new gunner ability. The ability turns any gun into the equivalent of a harpoon gun, except the projectile is the player. Both teams would have a large, unsinkable boat that float on either side of the map. The objective of thw players, is to get on, get rheir flag, and return it without their home ship being destroyed. Please add Ideas to help this gameplay suggestion.

This is basically boarding, a topic Muse has declared verboten since they have neither the manpower nor the desire to implement it.

Swizy:
Read the sticky. Boarding is not gonna happen anytime soon. Have you tried out CP yet? it's almost the same but with much more fighting going on and less running.

HamsterIV:
You should try out Tribes Ascend it has a level much like what you describe. The mechanics of tribes are much better suited to what your are looking for than those of GOI.
