Would you rather...? (Game)

So I know this is rather childish but we're all little ones at heart so why not. This is a very simple game where people ask a general pick this or that question and whomever wants to can answer it. Answers dont have to be very long but explanations are normally wanted from most. Also when you answer a questions then it's your turn! You can ask anything really but I would request that we stay away from any sexual or in general heated topics as that can stall the game and just ruin the fun. Also we don't want this turning into an argument either! Keeping that in mind I'll go ahead and start this off:
Would you rather be trapped on an island for a year (starting with nothing) or be jailed for 5?

Jump into a whale. I think that would have a greater chance of survival, since most whales don't eat people.

What if they did both? Board a enemy ship, than get kicked out by it's captain.
