Crew join/leave sound

I would love it if there were sound notifications as well as text messages for crew leaving or joining a ship during a game - in game I'm usually focussed on the damage log which is top left or component damage icons on the right - unless I have crew who only comm through text chat, so I almost always miss leave/joins.

Yeah this. 

It is really disastrous to a ship when someone leaves or joins mid battle.  It would be good to have some notification so at least I know I'm doomed.

Better yet, custom sounds you can load yourself. Extra powder monkey joins, have Hudson's voice from Aliens chime "GAME OVER MAN, GAME OVER!!"
