The title does not suffer from being a loaded question. The most poplar example of a loaded question is the age old "Did you stop beating your wife?" This question is actually two questions in one. Do you beat your wife and, if yes, have you stopped. It presumes too much.
The title here suffers from "equivocation" on the word Cake. The title leads you to believe this is going to be a discussion about the food cake, when it is in fact about the Cake clan. it's purposely misleading in order to draw people in.
