Wasn't the major patch with the mine launcher and all that supposed to be coming out around now? Or has that been delayed to come out alongside the Manta?

Watchmaker:
We originally hoped to have the mine launcher in for this patch, but that was before a lot of serious server performance problems came to light during the TGS weekend and distracted us thoroughly.

Is there a gentleman version of the elite gunner costume?  The reward only offers it in ladies'

you sneaky guys patched in parts of the elite costumes before the patch came, i saw angryjoe running around with the elite engi hat and thought, "hmm.... where do i get this?"
