you are not allowed to send a message to more than 10 players at a time.
you are not able to send more than 20 messages per hour.

is there a reason for this?
if not, can we have it changed?

Looks like a simple SMF default setting which no one thought about. But I'll check.

New limits are both 100, which I think should be enough for most anyone's needs...if not you can come talk to me about setting up the new Guns of Icarus Online Pony Express.
