The beginner's matches have made such a huge difference lately. Now most of the level 1-2s in normal matches are the ones who actually want to listen and learn (and that type of player is, to me, worth having on my crew just as much as an experienced player).

Squidslinger Gilder:
Have had a few of mid levels talking of the horrors of the lowbie matches. They are even more grateful when they get into the higher level play.
