Digital keys: ASAP (Coming days?)

Physical: They need to work out the total number of each thing they need (The faster everyone get their surveys in the better), get them made, get them shipped to them, repack and ship them out. I would say minimum of a month for them to get it all to them, plus shipping time to wherever in the world you are (Could be longer, it really depends)

have you checked your junk mail?

and make sure its the email thats linked to your kickstarter. Its the one they are sending mails to.
