The Baronies in all their glory.

I know we’ve been talking about ourselves lately, but how are you? Things going well at work? Noisy neighbor taken care of?

But now, let’s talk about us some more!

It’s been a busy week at Muse laboratories (imagine our office, but with more lab coats and snappy gloves) but before I let you in on what the team has been working on remember to catch us at twitch.tv/gunsoficarus  at 3 pm eastern, 7 pm GMT, to chat with us live hear our thoughts, ramblings, and secrets on what’s coming next for Guns of Icarus!

The team’s work and progress after the jump.

Howard:
Howard has been out this week. He is also still checking emails.

Jerry:
Been working on matchmaking system with another round of fixes, which just finished, and waiting for the next test.

Alex:
More tuning and tweaking of co-op, plus fixing a few irritating graphical glitches.
Also because of George’s automated testing gave an awesome reproduction case: Alex fixed a rare physics bug that could crash the entire server.

Eric:
Testing what Matt (Queso) throws at me, but mostly on Co-Op game modes, maps and skirmish ammo testing.

Shelly:
Making costumes! Next up is Anglean!

George:
Implemented some Co-op AI effects for the balloon and the hull. Created tools for easily previewing Profiler data. He also fixed some spawn behavior bug for Coop.

Victor:
Made the previewer, and the feature for Steam workshop (publishing, editing, querying items.)

Emily:
Making some changes to Community, putting in a new special edition costume, Matchmaking progress.

CH:
Back from honeymoon and jet lag, fixing minor issues, planning for AI airships.

Matt (Queso):
More pilot skill related features. Fixing and investigating some of the odd fade-out spots around the edges of ships. Looking into reducing the size of gun and engine hitboxes for player collision.

Tim:
Ship design!

Matthew (Keyvias):
Working with the community on matchmaking, answering emails, and finishing up a couple new ideas, including a tournament spec.
